Captain Rodriguez detains individuals in burglary in progress

On December 12th, Captain Rodriguez was public service with ECC in reference to a call. While on this call, he spotted a burglary in progress. He relayed this information over the radio and was able to detain 3 individuals by himself before backup arrived.

Cpt. Rodriguez is commended for staying observant and going above and beyond his original call for service.
